Year 7: The Numbers, The People, The Plan

Zenith Wealth Partners' team over the past year.

Seven years ago we planted something small. This week we get to look up and see how tall it’s grown.

On September 15th, 2026, Zenith Wealth Partners turns seven. I’ve been energized and inspired over the last year, and I’ll share a little more about what a year of collaborating, redefining, and including looks like.

The Numbers

Milestone Result
Wealth generated for clients (tracked since 2023) $210,000,000
Assets under management $190,000,000
Clients served 325

Two hundred and ten million is a big number to say out loud. But the number that actually matters to us is the one underneath it: 325 families and organizations who trusted us with something that took them a lifetime to build, and who we got to help turn into something bigger. We have some great ideas on how we can accelerate this unlocking of wealth for our clients moving forward.

The People Who Did It

A firm doesn’t grow like this by accident. It grows because the people inside it grew first.

Chelsea Ransom-Cooper, CFP®, spent the year redefining the voices the industry listens to, recognized by Capital One, Good Morning America, and others who don’t hand out microphones lightly. Under her leadership, we have completely dialed in on what it takes to help an individual or family generate meaningful wealth and achieve their goals & objectives.

Andrew Tudor, CAP, CFP®, stepped into the practice leader role this year for Endowments & Foundations. If you’ve ever sat across from him in an investment committee meeting, you already know why that seat fits. I continue to find energy and excitement to watch what our endowments and foundations practice does over the next three years – we’re just getting started.

Partheev Shah brought EOS into how we run the company, and if you’ve noticed Zenith moving faster and more clearly this year, that’s the engine underneath it. I am confident we are just entering the period post-implementation where the operating system really begins to pay off

Raeonna Carswell and Fahmin Fardous, CFP®, both hit their 4 year milestone with us (well, Fahmin in November). They have been around for more than half the company’s life, and you can tell by the way they command our vision, values, and client conversations. I’m so excited to watch their pairing change the lives of the people they serve.

Nina Milligan, CFP®, joined the team this year and walked straight into ownership of some of our most important client relationships. That’s not a small ask for a first year, and she met it. Our place-based investing work is in good hands with her stewardship.

Sarah Shields continued to evolve our marketing and led efforts to both further define our client avatars and update our website. We wouldn’t be at this point without her attention, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Our marketing remains as the critical frontier of our work and future.

And on the personal side, Raeonna and Jesse Wideman, CFP®, both got married this year. We build wealth for a living, but this is the stuff wealth is actually for.

A few new certifications across the team, on top of all of that. People who are already excellent, choosing to get more excellent.

Getting Sharper On Who We Serve

We also did something quieter this year that we think matters just as much as the AUM number. We got honest with ourselves about who we’re actually built for, and we named it:

  • High earners with equity
  • Almost-retired leaders
  • Business owners
  • First-time stewards
  • Overlooked upgraders
  • Place-based pioneers

Six real pictures of six real kinds of people, instead of a vague pitch that tries to be everything to everyone. Our new website is dropping soon, and it’s built entirely around this clarity. You’ll feel the difference the moment you land on it.

What’s Next

We also started leaning hard into private direct investments as a real differentiator for clients, not a checkbox. That work fed directly into the local capital markets initiative, and the early results have been genuinely exciting. More to come on that soon.

Seven Years In

Redefine wealth management for people the industry forgot to build for. Collaborate like the outcome belongs to all of us. Include people at every table where decisions get made.

That’s still the whole plan. We just have better proof now.

Here’s to year 8.
